I have five years ofexperience selling pre ownedcars where I worked withcustomers and created salesand promotional material formy team. Again, summarizingour role and some of the bigthings that we were doing inthere. I got a lot ofexperience understandingthe needs of customers,observing buying behaviorand testing differentpromotions to see whichworked best.
Kumusta!
(That's hello in Tagalog 🇵🇭)
I'm John!
I'm a UX/UI Designer that creates accessible interfaces with a passion for empathetically helping people solve whatever problems they're facing.
Why UX and UI?

I've always been a visual person who's been drawn to new and unique trends in design, art, and technology in any medium. At the same time I'm deeply fascinated with the working conditions of the human mind and I enjoy understanding why people make decisions and what thoughts led to the actions that they take.

I was already familiar with UI design and enjoyed creating designs and interfaces before I was ever introduced to the concept of UX. Once I looked more into it, I was drawn to UX when I learned of the needs of empathetic understanding. While I may lean more towards the visual aspect, the ever evolving guidelines of human-computer interaction research helps drive my passion and continues to inspire me.

In addition to UX/UI Design, I have a multi-disciplinary background ranging from mechanics (both cars and planes),  to culinary arts, photography, and even more. My diverse background working in user-centric fields has afforded me unique opportunities to help solve user-centered problems.

These days, you can find me working on cars during the day as a mechanic. I need to pay the bills somehow! But at night, I dive back into the world of design and hone my skills. I try to continue learning new things about UX design on my free time.
